Post-Registration Tips for Parents/Caregivers
How to better navigate our new website
We know some of you have run into challenges with our new website (sorry about that!). As we all learn how to best navigate the system, please know our staff is always here to help troubleshoot.
We’ve noticed that many players have duplicate records—sometimes as many as six! To check your player’s record:
-
Sign in (upper right corner of the site).
-
Hover over or click your name, then select Family.
-
You’ll see all players linked to your email address.
If your player isn’t listed, it usually means their profile is tied to a different email address. Is there another adult in your family who may have registered the player, with their email address? If so, ask that adult to add you as a family member to their account.
If logging in isn’t working, try resetting your password—but please do not create another account. Extra accounts can cause problems with your player’s record. You only need to register your player once per event or per season.
And remember—you don’t have to figure this out alone! Our staff is available:
-
By phone Tuesdays–Thursdays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm: (415) 504-8131
-
By email anytime: info@sfyouthsoccer.com
-
On weekends via our Game Day Hotline: (415) 794-2974
We’re happy to help!
