Quick Updates on Web Access, Weekend Schedules & Game Day Rosters

Hi everyone — our main website is temporarily offline while the development team rolls out a critical backend update. We’ll be using this community portal to keep you posted in the meantime!

Schedules & Reschedules

• Current Schedule: Access the game schedule directly via [Link].

• Pending Changes: If you’ve recently submitted a forfeit or reschedule that isn’t showing up yet, don't worry — we are finalizing those updates this afternoon.

• Weekend Reschedule Requests: If you need to submit a reschedule for a game this coming weekend, please email schedules@sfyouthsoccer.com.

Game Day Rosters & Guest Players

• GDPR Distribution: If the website remains unavailable tomorrow, we are preparing Game Day Photo Rosters (GDPRs) for all teams and will email links directly to team admins.

• Registered SFYS Guest Players: If you need to invite a guest player who is already registered with SFYS but not on your current roster, please notify us at schedules@sfyouthsoccer.com.

• Unregistered Players: Unfortunately, while our systems are offline, we cannot add any players who are not currently registered with SFYS for guest play.
