The SFYS Fall 2024 season is imminent and the DRAFT schedules are posted.  You can view them via the SQWAD app or via browser here: https://standings.sportslogic.net/47536/schedule

IMPORTANT: This schedule is DRAFT

PARENTS & COACHES: Do NOT import into Team Snap or any other schedule application (yet), as changes will occur. 

A couple of clarifications:

1. The schedule encompasses:

• Very specific SFRPD field allocations across 20+ pitches across the city. 
• 1500+ matches
• 140+ Bye Requests
• 49 Coach offset requests across 9 weeks = >440 conflicts to manage. Impossible. 
• 60+ each Sat/Sun and AM/PM preferences
  
  

1. The system can only do so much – everything else is manual (hence the delay in getting the schedule published).
   Order of Priority in managing requests:

• Needs that affect most or all of a team (school event, for example) 
• Volunteer-coached teams
• Coaches/Clubs that volunteer for SFYS programs
