Parents/Caregivers: Player Compliance/Clearance Help
Checking on your player's status
Parents and Caregivers,
If your Team Manager or Coach has reached out to you because your player seems to be missing some vital piece of information, here is how you can find out what is going on:
- Log into your account at www.sfyouthsoccer.org (you'll see your name in the upper right corner when you're logged in)
- Hover over your name and click on Family
- Click on your player's name
- Click on Memberships on the left side bar
- If your player is CLEARED, you'll see a green box that says "current" under status and an indication that your player has a membership
- If your player is missing something, you'll see "no memberships" listed
- If your player has "no memberships" try this:
- Check your email inbox for an email from Ankored to see if you missed an invitation to upload documents. Anyone who was missing something in Ankored was emailed as recently as 9/2/25. If you don't see anything, make sure any other adults in the family check their email as well.
- If your player is returning from a prior season, and you made ANY sort of change to their name or date of birth (ex: they had been listed as Ben, and you changed it to Benjamin; or you had mistyped their birthdate and changed it); or, if you used a different email from prior seasons. If - for any reason - the system believes your player to be new to SFYS, it will be triggered to ask the parent/caregiver for birth document verification.
As always, reach out to info@sfyouthsoccer.com or call us at (415) 504-8131 if you run into any issues.
