As of 3/9/26, team admins have submitted 53 schedule requests via the Avario scheduling platform.
We did not approve schedule requests because of the following:
- The request for the new field is not valid for your division
- The request for the new field/date/time is not a valid

Make sure you note your game length and fields
- 2nd grade
- 60 minutes
- Fields - Grattan, Palega, West Sunset
- 3rd grade and U09/U10
- 65 minutes
- Mission, Palega and South Sunset
- 4th/5th grades and U11/U12
- 75 minutes
- Fields - Beach Chalet, Garfield, Minnie and Lovie, Polo
- 6th/7th/8th and U13/U14/U15.2 and Varsity
- 90 minutes
- Fields - Beach Chalet, Minnie and Lovie, Polo
- U15.1 11v11
- 95 minutes
- Fields - Crocker, Polo
- 2nd grade
- Filter the available fields you see based on your game length (duration)
- Make sure you reserve the field/date/time based on what you see in available. Use that fixture when you submit your schedule request.
- Please don't reserve more than one field/date/time to reschedule your game. We will be automatically releasing those fields if they are not attached to a schedule change request over the next few days.
