Joy, Growth, and Positive Sidelines!

Welcome to Fall 2026! Whether you are returning to the pitch or joining our soccer community for the very first time, we are thrilled to have you here.

Every new season brings a fresh field of opportunity, but our core mission stays the same: putting youth first and creating a positive, joyful experience for every youth participant.

From our youngest athletes just discovering how to dribble to our 33 high school seniors playing in our Varsity League this Fall, soccer offers incredible moments to grow. Sports teach us how to work as a team, overcome challenges, celebrate wins, and learn from losses. Our goal is to ensure every player - no matter where they are on their journey - finds the true joy of the game and builds life lessons both on and off the pitch.

Taking Our Sidelines to the Next Level: The Sideline Project

During our Spring season, we recommended The Sideline Project course to teams where game-day issues were reported between players, coaches, or referees. While it helped resolve specific incidents, we realized that creating a supportive environment shouldn't just be a reaction - it should be our foundation.

This Fall, we are asking every team to help us build a positive sideline culture from day one:

• All Coaches are asked to complete The Sideline Project before games begin.
• At least one parent per player is encouraged to take the quick online course alongside their team.

The Sideline Project is a FREE 15 minute course.

Referees, coaches, and spectators are all part of the team supporting our youth athletes. When we keep our sidelines encouraging and focused on the player experience, our athletes stay relaxed, confident, and focused on learning the game.

Bonus: Teams that complete the challenge by 9/30, your team will be entered into a raffle for a Golden Boy pizza party in our Community Room.

Offseason Win: A Safer, Fully Cleared League

Behind the scenes, our staff and volunteers have been working tirelessly this offseason to ensure every single player and coach is fully cleared and safe to take the field for practices and games.

By building real-time tracking dashboards and launching direct outreach campaigns to uncleared members, we have made unprecedented progress toward our goal of 100% compliance by September 5th.

Look at how far we've come compared to this time last year:

• Missing Player Photos: Down from 1,000 to just 150
• Unverified Birthdates: Down from 307 to 181
• Uncleared Coaches: 222
• Teams Without a STAR: Rapidly closing the gap across all divisions

Meet Our Field Ambassadors: Smooth Game Days & Free Treats!

To help every weekend run seamlessly, we are excited to expand our Field Ambassador Program for Fall 2026!

Keep an eye out on the sidelines for Sammy, Ellie, and Min, who will be at fields every weekend. They are on-site to:

• Keep game schedules running smoothly and on time
• Answer any questions from coaches, parents, and referees
• Spread a little extra joy by handing out tasty treats like Clif Bars (a huge thank you to Clif Bar for their support!)

Major Spotlight: Playing at Boxer Stadium!

We are thrilled to announce a major venue highlight for our Fall season: our 4th/5th Grade (U11/U12) divisions will be taking the field at Boxer Stadium on Saturdays! Playing at a dedicated venue like Boxer Stadium gives our young players a big-league feel, and we can’t wait to see them shine under the lights and on the big turf.

A Journey for Every Player

Soccer is a sport for life. This season, we celebrate:

• Our First-Timers: Welcome! Don't worry about making mistakes - that’s how we learn. Focus on making friends, trying your best, and having fun.
• Our Returning Players: Welcome back! Keep pushing your skills, encouraging your teammates, and leading by example.
• Our Senior Class: A special salute to the 33 seniors kicking off their final season in our Varsity League. Thank you for setting the bar high for our younger athletes and showing what dedication looks like.

Let’s make this season our best one yet by bringing positive energy to every practice and game day. Tie your cleats, stretch those muscles, and get ready.
