Hello SFYS community!  I'm the volunteer Board VP for SFYS and have been working alongside SFYS staff to help make this an amazing event.  I personally hope to see TONS of players, parents, coaches, referees, STARs, spectators, siblings, and friends at this event.  There will be something for everyone.

We really want to highlight SFYS and the types of support they offer to the soccer community:

Are you a coach?  Sign up for the Master Class and discuss how to get the most out of your players.

Are you a Keeper?  Compete in Goalie Wars to try and stop more shots than your competitors.

Are you a player, coach or STAR?  Please have a conversation with any of our amazing youth referees to see why they do what they do (or find out how much training they've completed).

Come meet a volunteer Board member at the Check In table and ask them why they volunteer.

And if you're lucky, you might get to meet the local artist - a rising 9th grader - who designed this year's FOGGOLAZO logo!

Anything you participate in - whether that's a Jamboree game, getting your picture taken at the FREE photo booth, or participating in the Master Class (coaches) or Goalie Wars - will earn you a chance to win a prize.

There is so much happening at this year's event.  Swing by for an hour, or stay for three.  I hope to see you there!

So excited for this summer's annual FOGGOLAZO! We learned a lot in our inaugural year expanding the preseason Summer Jamboree into a fullblown Community Soccer Day.  This year, you can expect passionate soccer, excellent mentoring, engaging activities, great food, awesome prizes ... all in a gorgeous locale with a view (and within walking distance) of the Golden Gate Bridge!

We're still accepting sponsors and prizes and soon we'll be launching the online challenge site, so players and friends can show off their skills for prizes, while fundraising for SF Youth Soccer and our high quality, low-cost programming which keeps the sport accessible to all youth in the City.

If you or your business would like to donate prizes, please contact Hazen@sfyouthsoccer.com - and for monetary donations, thank you and here's the link you're looking for: https://sfys.rallyup.com/foggolazo23
